Southern Charmer
This custom-designed home in SeaScape Plantation at Holden Beach was built as a permanent resident. The couple wanted to take advantage of the mild coastal climate with multiple covered porches and even a roof-top deck.
The home has an inverted floor plan with the living room, dining and kitchen on the top level. The kitchen’s over-sized granite island is the center-point of the home. A custom-built “China Cabinet” visually divides the kitchen from the dining room adding a serving area in the dining room, storage for large seasonal items and display for crystal and china.
In the living room, a custom built entertainment wall with fireplace is finished to match the kitchen and dining cabinetry.
